LearnBetter grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You agree not to: reverse-engineer or copy any part of the platform, use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service, share your account credentials, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
You retain ownership of all content you import into LearnBetter. By importing content, you confirm you have the right to use it. You grant LearnBetter a limited licence to process that content solely to provide our services to you.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
LearnBetter and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LearnBetter, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for any loss of data beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LearnBetter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
